Providence

Finger painting self portrait. Once I was so deep in DreamLand I slept walked pretty far from home. I was unsure if i was awake or not and so I took my phone out to take a photo. The logic I suppose , was that if I was truly awake. The photo would be there as proof “tomorrow”. And it was.  This is a painting of that photo. Providence is the only I survived that time in my life.  Summer 2020. Oil on canvas. 12x16 inches.
